Gareth Holt - Managing Director 

Gareth Holt has been selling and renting properties on the Costa Blanca for over 3 years. He has built up a credible and reputable business, helping clients and investors purchase and rent their properties in Spain. He adopts a simple approach to the purchasing process,  often going above and beyond his requirements. Gareth Holt has an extensive customer service background whilst he was working in the United Kingdom, from property management to customer service management roles. As well as Gareth's wealth of experience within the property market, healso holds a degree in Law from Lancaster University.

He is on hand to advise clients from overseas in order to navigate and avoid any complexities within the Spanish property market. Gareth is a friendly, outgoing individual who has an extensive skill set which means he can assist with many aspects of the property sales and rental market, including translation, drafting  of contracts, advising on financial matters and more importantly hand holding clients from inception to completion.  If your question is not within his remit he will direct you in the right direction and guide you through the whole process.
