The property is located on the ground floor of the building and benefits from 1 large double bedroom with an additional single bed, a twin room and 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite from the master double bedroom). There is a large spacious lounge with TV, wifi, sofas and table. The large kitchen/ dining area is suitable for entertaining your family. There is air conditioning throughout the property and English TV is available on request.

The property ranges from 100 - 150 per night depending on the number of guests, nights and the length of your stay. Please note that this property does not accept pets and that parking is operated on a first come, first serve basis. The minimum stay for this property is 4 nights and an additional cleaning fee is payable on arrival. Please note that check in and check out is between 8am and 9pm. Any additional late check in or early check out will incur additional fees.

There is a 200 euros damage deposit that is required on check in and will be refunded up to 7 days after check out subject to the relevant checks on departure.
